What do Non-Muslims Say About 'IMAM ALI (A.S)?

There are a lot of Muslims who have not come to truly understand the real essence of Imam Ali (A.S). They think that the Shiahs over praise Imam Ali (A.S).

Some have even developed bad feelings towards the Shiahs just because of our great respect for Imam Ali (A.S). Here, we have reproduced some of the quotations of none Muslims about Imam Ali (A.S) to see if it is true what they say that we over praise Imam (A.S). We leave it to the reader to judge. The big question is, “ are these none Muslims also over praising Imam (A.S)? Or are they also shiahs? The answer is simple and straightforward. No, they are not over praising him and they are not Shiahs. Please read on and find out what None Muslims say about Imam Ali (A.S).

Imam 'Ali bin Abi Talib was the successor to Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon them both.  This is a collection of short quotations about him from a wide variety of notable personalities belonging to other faiths, including academics, writers, philosophers, poets, politicians, and activists.

Thomas Carlyle
