حق همسايه
چیزی که در ردیف ارحام و نزدیکان است و رعایت نکردن آن از مهلکات است برای سالک ،«حق جار یا جوار» است.علمای اخلاق معمولاً آن رادر ردیف حقوق ارحام قرار دادند.
جار یا جوار به معنی همسایه است و حدود آن همان طور که شنیده ایم «از چهار طرف چهل همسایه »
این در روایات هست و همین قدر که در عرف همسایه گفته شود،حقوقی دارد که دیگران آن راندارند.
کتاب جامع السعادات صفحه 262 جلد 2:
رسول اکرم(ص)فرمودند:الجیران ثلاثه؛فمنهم من له ثلاثه حقوق :حق الجوار وحق الاسلام وحق القرابه
و منهم من له الحقان:حق الجوار و حق الاسلام و منهم من له حق الواحد.
همسایه ها سه نوع اند:کسانی هستندکه سه نوع حق دارند،حق همسایگی و حق مسلمان بودن و حق نزدیک بودن که از قرابات انسان باشد.دوم از همسایه هاکسانی هستند که دو حق دارند،فقط مسلمان و همسایه است.سوم کسی که فقط یک حق دارد،حق همسایگی (وآن همسایه ای است که کافر است).
از این روایات استفاده می شود که حق همسایه حق بخصوصی است،حتی آدم بد و کافر؛البته این به این معنی نیست که اگر انسان همسایه کافری دارد که منحرف وفاسق و فاجراست که معاشرت با او صحیح نیست با او معاشرت داشته باشد.حقوق همسایه ربطی به معاشرت ندارد،حقوق این است که انسان همسایه اش را اذیت نکند،در گرفتاری هایش با اویک نوع شریک باشد،درمشکلات به فریادش برسد، اگرکسی از او ازدنیارفته به او تسلیت بگویدوامثال این ها؛چیزهایی که ذوق ایمان انسان نشان می دهد،حقوقی است که برای همسایه در نظرگرفته شده و باید مراعات شود.
