چگونه از رسول خدا(ص)خواسته مى شود كه اوّلين مسلمان باشد؟
پرسش:
در آيه 14 سوره انعام آمده است: (قُل اِنّى اُمِرتُ اَن اَكونَ اَوَّلَ مَن اَسلَمَ؛ بگو من مأمورم كه نخستين مسلمان باشم) با توجّه به اين كه قرآن كريم ديگر پيامبران را نيز مسلمان (تسليم در برابر خدا) مى داند؛ پس چگونه از رسول خدا(صلى الله عليه وآله)خواسته مى شود كه اوّلين مسلمان باشد؟
پاسخ:
با سلام و عرض ادب و احترام
اسلام در لغت به معناى تسليم شدن است كه در معارف اسلامى، تسليم شدن در برابر خدا مورد نظر مى باشد. به اين معنا، دين همه پيامبران، اسلام بوده است؛ يعنى همه ئ پيامبران ما را به تسليم بودن در برابر خداى بزرگ فرا خوانده اند. قرآن كريم در همين باره مى فرمايد: (اِنَّ الدّينَ عِنْدَ اللهِ الاسْلام[1] دين در نزد خدا، اسلام است) و در آيه ديگرى مى فرمايد: (ومَن يَبتَغِ غَيرَ الاِسلامِ دينـًا فَلَن يُقبَلَ مِنهُ[2] هر كس جز اسلام آيينى براى خود انتخاب كند، از او پذيرفته نخواهد شد.)
امّا منظور از نخستين مسلمان در آيه مورد پرسش، نخستين مسلمان اين امّت است. در حقيقت آيه مذكور به يك اصل مهم تربيتى اشاره دارد كه هر رهبرى، بايد در انجام دستورهاى آيينى كه مبلّغ آن است، پيش گام ديگران باشد و خودش پيش از همه، به آن آيين ايمان بياورد و به آن عمل كند.
البته برخى نيز معتقدند بر اين باورند كه اوّل بودن مورد اشاره در آيه، اوّل بودن از نظر مقام و رتبه است نه اوّل بودن از نظر زمان؛ يعنى رسول خدا(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) برترين و كامل ترين و بهترين مسلمان است گرچه از نظر زمانى، آخرين پيامبر شمرده مى شود.[3]
