ماجرای جعل حدیث توسط غاصبان فدک چه بود؟
پرسش:
آیا حدیثی که غاصبان برای ادله ی خود آوردند به راستی جعلی بود؟ دلیلتان چیست؟
پاسخ:
با سلام و عرض تسلیت به مناسبت ایام فاطمیه
يكى از پيشبينى هاى ابوبكر و عمر دربارهى فدك، آماده ساختن مدركى جعلى براى هدف شومشان بود. براى اين منظور از مطرح كردن جنبههاى معنوى استفاده كردند كه انبيا عليهمالسلام درهم و دينارى باقى نمىگذارند و فقط علم و حكمت از خود به يادگار مىگذارند، و نتيجه گرفتند كه هر چيزى از اموال دنيا از پيامبر باقى بماند قابل تملك نيست و صدقه است. اين حديث جعلى بصورت جملهى «نحن معاشر الانبياء لانورث...» مطرح شد و ظاهر فريبندهاى داشت.
ظاهر فريبنده ى حديث جعلى
اين مفاهيم كه براى پردازش آن وقت زيادى صرف كرده بودند و فكرهاى متعددى براى ساختن آن كمك كرده بودند ظاهر فريبندهاى داشت، چرا كه بوى قداست و پرهيزكارى از آن استشمام مىشد.
البته چون دروغگو حافظه ندارد و حديث جعلى يك حقيقت نيست كه بدان پايبند باشند، در موارد مختلفى كه اين مطلب ساختگى را مطرح كردند براحتى كلماتى كه براى اجراى اهدافشان مؤثر بود بدان اضافه مىكردند يا صورت آن را تغيير مىدادند.
تصريح قرآن به ارث انبياء
القرآن يصرح بإرث الأنبياء هذا كتاب اللَّه، حكماً عدلاً و ناطقاً فصلاً يقول (عن نبي من أنبيائه) : «يرثنى و يرث من آليعقوب» (1)و يقول: «و ورث سليمان داود(2) فبين عز و جل فيما وزع من الاقساط و شرع من الفرائض والميراث و اباح من حظ الذكران والأناث ما أزاح به علة المبطلين و أزال التظني والشبهات في الغابرين.
كلا بل سولت لكم أنفسكم أمراً، فصبر جميل واللَّه المستعان على ما تصفون. (3)(و هذان نبيان) (4)، و قد علمت (5)ان «النبوة» لا تورث و انما يورث ما دونها. فما لي امنع ارث أبي؟ أأنزل اللَّه في كتابه: «الا فاطمة بنت محمد»؟! فدلنى عليه اقنع به! (6)تصريح قرآن به ارث انبياء اين كتاب خداست كه حاكمى عادل و گويندهاى است كه فصل خصومت مىكند، دربارهى پيامبرى از پيامبران خدا مىفرمايد: «فرزندى به من عطا فرما كه از من و از آليعقوب ارث ببرد» (7)و مىفرمايد: «و سليمان از داود ارث برد». (8)خداوند عزوجل در قرآن تقسيماتى در ارث قرار داده و حدود واجب ميراث را تعيين كرده و سهم مرد و زن را بيان فرموده است، بطورى كه عذر اهل باطل را باطل كرده و جاى گمانها و شبهات را دربارهى مُردگان از بين برده است.
ولى نفستان بر شما حيله كرده و بايد صبر نيكو كرد، و خداوند در مقابل آنچه شما مىپردازيد كمككننده است.
اين دو نفر كه در آيه ذكر شدهاند پيامبرند (9)، و تو مىدانى كه مقام نبوت ارث بردنى نيست و ارث بردن در غير مقام نبوت است. پس براى چه از ارث پدرم محروم مىشوم؟ آيا خداوند در كتابش آورده كه: «بجز فاطمه دختر محمد»؟ به من نشان بده تا قانع شوم.

5ـ «ألف»: زعمت.
6ـ «ب»: فتدلنى عليه فاقنع به.
7ـ سورهى مريم: آيهى 6.
8ـ سورهى نمل: آيهى 16.
9ـ اشارهى حضرت به ادعاى ابوبكر است كه انبيا ارث نمىبرند. با اين دو آيه كه صريحاً ارث گذاشتن دو پيامبر يعنى حضرت داود و حضرت زكريا عليهماالسلام را بيان كرده است بطلان سخن ابوبكر روشن مىشود.
