آیا پیامبر در ازدواج با زینب از مردم ترس داشت؟
پرسش:
در آيه 37 سوره احزاب، داستان ازدواج پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) با زينب ـ همسر سابق زيد بن حارثه ـ مطرح گشته و در ادامه آيه آمده است: «از مردم مى ترسيدى، در حالى كه خداوند سزاوارتر است كه از او بترسى.» آيا اين مسأله ـ ترس از مردم ـ با عصمت پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) منافات ندارد؟
پاسخ:
با سلام و عرض ادب و احترام
همان گونه كه در پرسش نيز آمده، آيه فوق مربوط به ازدواج پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)با زينب بنت جحش ـ دخترعمّه رسول خدا(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ـ است كه پس از جدايى از زيد بن حارثه به عقد پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) در آمد.
داستان از اين قرار است كه بعد از ازدواج پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) با خديجه، وى برده اى به نام زيد خريد و آن را به پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)بخشيد. پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) زيد را آزاد كرد و سپس او را «فرزند خوانده» خود معرفى كرد. سپس از دختر عمه اش زينب براى زيد خواستگارى كرد و آن دو به عقد هم در آمدند. امّا اين ازدواج به خاطر اختلاف طرفين به طلاق انجاميد و تلاش پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) براى جلوگيرى از اين طلاق، نتيجه نداد. پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) براى جبران اين تلاش ناموفق، به فرمان خدا زينب را به همسرى خود برگزيد و قضيه در همين جا خاتمه يافت.[1]
بر اين اساس، پيامبر اكرم(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) دو سنّت بزرگ جاهلى را شكست:
الف. زيد، پسر خوانده پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) بود و مطابق يك سنّت جاهلى، پسر خوانده همه احكام پسر ـ از جمله حرمت ازدواج با همسر طلاق داده شده وى ـ را دارا بود.
ب. ازدواج شخصيت معتبرى چون رسول اكرم(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) با همسر قبلى يك برده آزاد شده، يك حركت نادرست شمرده مى شد.
مسلّم است كه پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) نبايد در اين مسايل از مردم بترسد و از جوسازى ها واهمه اى به خود راه دهد كه پيامبر نيز در اين رابطه واهمه اى نداشت. امّا نگرانى پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) علّت ديگرى داشت. رسول خدا(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) نگران بود كه مبادا اين گفتگوها و جنجال ها در روند پيشرفت هدف مقدّس او و گسترش اسلام اثر بگذارد و افراد سست ايمان را تحت تأثير قرار دهد و در دل آن ها شكّ ايجاد نمايد.[2]
بنابراين، ترس پيامبر(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) شخصى نبود؛ بلكه به خاطر پيشرفت اسلام بود كه احتمالا با موانعى روبه رو مى شد. اين نگرانى هم كاملا طبيعى و معقول است و گرنه تاريخِ زندگى رسول خدا(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) نشان مى دهد كه آن حضرت، در راه تبليغ دين اسلام و دفاع از آن، هرگز كمترين ترسى به دل راه نداده است. ترس و نگرانى مذكور در آيه، نه تنها مخالف عصمت آن بزرگوار نيست؛ بلكه نشان دهنده وظيفه شناسى و اهتمام ويژه ايشان به هدايت مردم است.
مرحوم علاّمه طباطبايى مى گويد: آيه 39 سوره احزاب كه مى فرمايد: (اَلَّذينَ يُبَلِّغونَ رِسالاتِ اللّهِ ويَخشَونَهُ ولا يَخشَونَ اَحَدًا اِلاّ اللّهَ؛ آنان كه رسالت هاى الهى را تبليغ مى كردند و (تنها) از او مى ترسيدند، و از هيچ كس جز خدا بيم نداشتند.) اين آيه، دليل خوبى است كه ترس پيامبر اكرم(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) به خاطر خود نبوده، بلكه به خاطر خدا بوده و اين ترس، ترس و نگرانى مذموم و ناپسندى نيست و ترس براى خدا، همچون ترس از خدا پسنديده است.[3]
