صیغه موقت یا متعه در کدام آیه قرآن آمده است؟
پرسش:
صیغه موقت در کدام آیه آمده است؟
پاسخ:
با سلام و عرض ادب
صغیه موقت در قسمتی از آیه 24 سوره نساء مطرح شده است: «... فما استمتعتم به منهنّ فاتوهنّ اُجورهنّ فریضة...؛(1) از زنانی را که متعه میکنید، مهر آنها واجب است بپردازید». در این آیه از متعه و ازدواج به صورت کلی سخن گفته است که شامل ازدواج موقت نیز میشود. چنین برداشتی از آیه با روایات معصومین(ع) مورد تأیید است. امام باقر(ع) فرمود: «قرآن مجید درباره متعه سخن گفته است، آنجا که میفرماید: فما استمتعتم...(2)».
