آيا آزادي در جامعه مطلق و نامحدوده؟
پرسش:
آيا آزادي در جامعه مطلق و نامحدوده؟
پاسخ:
با سلام و عرض ادب
1-آزادي در هيچ جامعه اي مطلق و نامحدود نيست و ميتوان آزادي مطلق را دشمن آزادي شمرد و نتيجه آن تعدي به حريم ديگران و محدودي سازي آزادي آنان است! انسان چون به يك زندگي جمعي تن ميدهد، ناچار آزادي را بايد در چهارچوب قوانين و مقررات قرار دهد. زيرا اگر همگان آزاد باشند و هيچكس به قوانين و مقررات پايبند نباشد، تجاوز به حريم ديگران امري عادي گشته و در نتيجه شيرازه زندگي اجتماعي از هم گسسته ميشود. امروزه حتي تمدن غرب - كه اساس را بر استفاده از لذتهاي مادي گذارده و همگان را از قيد مقررات ديني و اصول اخلاقي رها كرده است - آزادي را به رعايت مقررات وضع شده در جامعه و رعايت نظم عمومي و عدم تخلف از آن مشروط نموده است. آيزايا برلين در كتاب خود از اتفاق نظر فلاسفه غرب در محدود بودن آزادي ياد كرده و مينويسد:
«قلمرو آزادي، با توجه به طبيعت امر، نميتواند غير محدود باشد چه در اين صورت وضعي پيش ميآيد كه هر كس تا هر كجا دستش برسد در زندگي ديگران مداخله بكند و اين گونه آزادي طبيعي به هرج و مرج اجتماعي ميانجامد، به طوري كه تامين حداقل نيازهاي بشري را نامقدور ميسازد و آزادي ضعفا به وسيله اقويا پايمال ميگردد.»{1}
3. انسان با پذيرش و پيروي از هر مكتبي، بر بايدها و حدود تعريف شده آن مكتب پاي ميفشرد چرا كه سعادت را در پيروي از فرامين آن ميداند، از اين رو پاسداشت حدود تعريف شده پيرامون آزادي امري شايسته و لازم است.
4. اسلام آزادي مطلق را به رسميت نميشناسد زيرا بر توحيد و رعايت فضيلتهاي اخلاقي و رهايي از بندگي غير خدا تاكيد دارد. دين اسلام مصالح انسان را به مصالح مادي اين دنيايي منحصر نميداند بلكه مصالح بسيار مهمتر معنوي و ديني و اخروي را براي او در نظر دارد. در حقيقت فلسفه تكليف در اسلام همين است كه ميخواهد با موظف كردن انسان، كرامت ذاتي او را حفظ نموده و مصالح عمومي را تامين كند،{2} از اين رو هرچه با مصالح معنوي و مادي و سلامتي انسان ضرر رساند يا با آنان ناسازگار باشد، ممنوع ساخته است.{3}
5. انسان قدرت سلطه بر مخلوقات دارد و هم پاي آن، مسؤوليت مراقبت از مخلوقات را نيز عهدهدار است.{4} بنابراين اسلام با تاكيد بر بندگي خالصانه انسان در برابر خداوند، مقرراتي را بر تبيين يك آزادي معتدل فراهم آورده است تا انسان از تمام نعمتهاي الاهي و مزاياي زندگي به صورت معتدل بهره ببرد.{5}
بنابراين حدود تعريف شده براي آزادي در دين اسلام نه تنها مخالف آزادي نيست، بلكه ميتوان آن را پاسداشت از اين گوهر زيبا دانست تا در پرتو آن، انسان به رشد و تعالي رسد/
«انسان هرگز خود را مالك آزادي نميداند، بلكه امانت دار آزادي است. آزادي كه از زيباترين چهرههاي حقوقي است، ملك انسان نيست، بلكه وديعه و امانت الاهي است كه به او سپرده شده است.»{6}
