نماز آیات بدون دیدن ماه گرفتگی هم واجب است؟
پرسش:
اگر کسی ماه گرفتگی را مشاهده نکند و فقط بشنود، نماز آیات برایش واجب است، و اگر نخوانده باشد، قضا دارد؟
پاسخ:
با سلام و عرض ادب
کسی که ماه گرفتگی، یا خورشید گرفتگی را مشاهده نکند، ولی بشنود که ماه یا خورشید گرفته است، در صورتی که از گفته کسی یا کسانی که میگویند ماه یا خورشید گرفته است، یقین پیدا کند، یا اگر دو نفر عادل خبر دهند، باید نماز آیات بخواند و اگر نخوانده است، لازم است قضا کند.(1)
